You email me
Tell me about your business and what you want the website to do: bring in calls, take bookings, answer the same questions you get every day. If I have already sent you a demo built for your business, we start from that.
We agree the plan
I reply with what I would build: which pages, what goes on them, and what it costs on each plan. Nothing starts until you have agreed.
I build your site
On Plan A the build fee is paid before work starts; on Plan B your first monthly payment is taken when you sign. You see the site as it takes shape and get two rounds of changes before launch.
It goes live
I put the site live on your domain and check it on phones and computers.
I look after it
Hosting, security updates and your changes, month after month. When something needs to change, you email me and I make the change.

What I need from you

The facts about your business: what you do, where you work, and how customers reach you.
Your logo and any photos you would like to use, if you have them.
Access to your domain name, or the details of where it is registered.
